APC UMAGBAE NORTH WARD LEADERS RATIFIED THE SUSPENSION OF THE WARD CHAIRMAN AND TWO OTHERS. REAFFIRM THE VOTE OF CONFIDENCE PASSED ON HON. CHIEF DR. BILLY OSAWARU.

It was a case of truth trumping lies, fact over falsehood and fallacies when the Ward Leaders, Executives, and Members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Umagbae North Ward, Uhunmwode for the second time in one week, convened a high-powered meeting where the suspension of the Ward Chairman, Mr. Festus Aimerobhiye for gross misconduct, financial misappropriation and confirmed cases of anti-party activities was ratified.
The duo of Mr. Thomas Osazuwa and Mr. Oziengbe Ighodaro were also suspended from the Ward for gross insubordination, dereliction of assigned duties, Forgery, inciting division, and anti-party activities. In connivance with the suspended Chairman, the aforementioned duo were responsible for the falsehood peddled against the member representing Orhionmwon Uhunmwode federal constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Adesuwa Osawaru and the forged signatures in their phony suspension letter been circulated on social media by their hireling, one mischievous Festus Ese who is neither a member of the Ward nor from the Uhunmwode.
In the meeting, Leaders, executives, and members of the Ward denounced the Ward Chairman and his cohorts, disclaimed their forged signatures, and distanced themselves from all allegations and lies leveled against the federal lawmaker. They reaffirmed their appreciation of the excellent Leadership, representation, and achievements of Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Osawaru and unanimously emphasized their implicit Vote of Confidence earlier passed on him.
Over two-thirds of members of the Ward Leaders and Executives willfully appended their signatures in the ratification of the suspension of the erring Chairman and his co-travelers. They also spoke on camera and confirmed their decision, giving validity to their actions.
Nature abhors a vacuum, hence the Secretary of the Ward, Prince John Omogiade was appointed as Acting Chairman while the Assistant Secretary, Evans Uwague assumes the position of Acting Secretary of the Ward.
This is truth trumping lies, fact over fallacies and the vindication of Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Osawaru. This is the taming of impunity, divisive tendencies and the repositioning of the party at the Ward level on the trajectory of growth, progressivism and cohesion.
