I am filled with immense joy and pride as I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Engr. Abubakar Momoh on his recent appointment as the Minister of Regional Development. Engr. Momoh’s extensive experience and proven track record in engineering and development make him exceptionally qualified for this role.
