November 7th, 2024. REBUTTAL: Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Adesuwa Osawaru Has No Assault Suit Against Him As He Was Never Issued Any Court Papers

The Billy Osawaru Team notes with utmost indignation the mischievous and malicious publication currently being circulated on social media by one Curtis Ugbo where he falsely alluded that the vibrant honorable member, representing the good people of Orhionmwon and Uhunmwode federal constituency at the green chambers of the 10th National Assembly, Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Osawaru will be appearing in court for an assault case against a Lady.
Ordinarily, and as a matter of principle, the Billy Media loathes responding to charlatans who have found social media as turf for their mindless and clownish displays. We are focused on showcasing the brilliant and excellent representation of our principal at the hallowed chambers of the national assembly. However, we are compelled to respond to this blatant falsehood which is aimed at tarnishing the pristine image of the proud Benin Chief with a view to setting the records straight.
It is worthy to emphasize that the diatribe, as circulated by Curtis, is a figment of his puerile imagination. Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Adesuwa Osawaru has no Assault suit against him in any court of competent jurisdiction. He was never served any court papers or summons and has not been invited for any court appearance on an assault suit. The good people of Orhionmwon and Uhunmwode federal constituency and the general public are advised to disregard the fallacious narrative by Curtis as the court case is fictitious. Curtis Ugbo's notoriety for controversies is public knowledge hence, he should be disregarded.
Finally, Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Adesuwa Osawaru, as a committed husband, father, and lawmaker, respects the female gender and would never assault any Lady. He is committed to promoting their course, as seen in the various motions and petitions he has moved and tendered on the floor of the House of Representatives and in his constituency. His dedication to protecting, preserving their interest, and empowering them is not in doubt.
He is irrevocably focused on delivering the dividends of positive representation to his people and will not be distracted by retrogressive agents.
