As I reflect on the outstanding leadership of the member representing Orhionmwon/Uhunmwode federal constituency at the House of Representatives, Hon Chief Dr Billy Adesuwa Famous Osawaru, I am reminded of the transformative power of vision, dedication, and compassion. With an unwavering commitment to excellence, Hon. Osawaru has consistently demonstrated a remarkable ability to inspire, motivate, and empower our teeming youths, who are out of School without jobs, and the people with disabilities in the Federal Constituency and beyond.

There is a Bini adage, as paraphrased; "A person who shows gratitude to his or her helper demands or deserves another" (Okponmwense orovbena rhuen-ovbehe). I am a shining example and a symbol of Hon Chief Dr Billy Adesuwa Famous Osawaru's kindness. Not too long ago, he showed me a surprise package that shocked the hearts of men and women of goodwill. He surprised me with a generous gift - a plot of land and a befitting model bungalow, which is currently under construction. This act of kindness has left an indelible mark on my life, and I'm forever grateful. All I can say is "Dodorima" my Proud Benin Chief. 

Under Hon. Osawaru's representation, our school at Ozalla Community in Uhunmwode Local Government Area has been taken care of; a block of Classrooms is under construction at Igbanke, and six Classrooms Block are under Construction at Umagbae Secondary School, Umagbae South Ward (6) in Uhunmwode.

Uhunmwode  Local Government Area is becoming a beacon of academic excellence, creativity, and inclusivity. My principal's tireless efforts to foster a culture of collaboration, respect, and empathy have created a safe and supportive environment where students, teachers, and staff can thrive.

One of Hon Chief Dr Osawaru's greatest strengths is the ability to connect with individuals from all walks of life, listening to their concerns, and offering guidance and support when needed. This exceptional interpersonal skill has earned Hon. Chief Osawaru the respect and admiration of his entire constituents, both at home and abroad.

As a leader, Hon. Osawaru embodies the values of integrity, transparency, and accountability. Hon Chief Billy Osawaru's door is always open, and he's always willing to lend a helping hand, offer words of encouragement, or provide constructive feedback.

Hon Osawaru's passion for education is contagious, inspiring students and teachers alike to strive for excellence. My principal's commitment to innovation and continuous improvement has led to the implementation of cutting-edge programs, initiatives, and technologies that enhance teaching, learning, and student outcomes.

Additionally, Hon. Osawaru's impact extends far beyond the walls of our school. As a dedicated human capacity builder, Dr Osawaru has empowered countless individuals and families in our community. One remarkable example is the story of a mother of two who was once forced to hawk on the streets with her young children. Through Hon. Osawaru's intervention and empowerment programs, this mother was able to gain the skills and resources needed to start a new business and provide a better life for her family.

In his capacity as a Federal Lawmaker, Hon. Osawaru has taken the lead on several critical motions, bills, and tendered several petitions that have positively impacted the lives of his constituents. For example, the Bill to site the Federal University of Agriculture in Urhonigbe and the need to site a Railway Station in Urhonigbe. His leadership in these areas demonstrates his commitment to creating a better future for all.

Hon Chief Osawaru's commitment to his constituents is truly inspiring. His focus on human capacity building, health care, security, and welfare packages has improved the lives of countless individuals and families. His dedication to public service is a shining example of what it means to be a true leader.

You are a shining example of what it means to be an exceptional educator, leader, and human being. I affirm that Hon. Osawaru is doing well and worthy of our support and commendation.
