IMPACTFUL SCORECARDS DON'T NECESSARILY NEED TO BE GRAPHICALLY PRESENTED.

Impact Is At The Heart Of An Effective Representational Scorecard

Scorecard is, perhaps, the most abused word when it comes to our political lexicon as people who lack the basic understanding of what it means clamor and demand it. Beyond the graphical, even often exaggerated cinematographical presentation of sometimes, white elephant projects that characterized the display of some scorecards, analyzing true and effective scorecards lies in its impact!

An impactful scorecard intrinsically means giving food to the hungry and water to the thirsty. It is about prioritizing the needs of the people and meeting them. It is effective project localization that meets the yearnings of the people, which, in turn, stimulates economic growth and independence. It is about formulating people-friendly policies and programs, timely intervention, and advocacy. It is been in tune with the people at the grassroots. 

Scorecards that are impactful mustn't necessarily be graphically presented. It lies within the hearts of beneficiaries, and they, in turn, give it validation. It is akin to doing with less talk. 

The aforementioned analogy has been the modus operandi of the Honourable member representing the good people of Orhionmwon and Uhunmwode federal constituency at the Nigerian House of Representatives, Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Osawaru.

Unfortunately, his relentless detractors propelled by selfish personal interests, greed, botched dreams, and unhealed traumas, who have allowed twisted reasoning to becloud their perception of reality, still unconstructively interrogate his scorecard of impactful zonal intervention projects and programs which localization, the beneficiaries have not refuted. His poignant motions addressing critical National issues and of urgent importance that resonate with his constituents and Nigerians in general are credentials that adorn his impactful scorecard. 

Yet these bats with self-induced blindness are demanding a scorecard when it is understandable to someone with acute dyslexia, audible to the hard of hearing and visible to those with visual impairment. Moreover, it is expected that these pained fellows who have turned themselves into crabs in human form would never see anything good in a job well done, even when his "Scorecards" are rife and saturated in the media. 

Less than two years in office with just one effective budget circle, Hon. Billy Osawaru has made a tremendous impact in the lives of his constituents especially in the area of sustainable empowerment through the influencing of job placement in different Government establishments.

Finally, Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Osawaru's commitment to Human empowerment is unwavering. This is the greatest gift that can be bestowed on any human. 

Presently, he is set to open fully equipped workshops for artisans' training. This is to help the teeming youths of Orhionmwon Uhunmwode federal Constituency, of Edo State acquire life skills. At the end of the training program, successful trainees will be presented with tools and equipments to start up their craft. 

If this is not described as an impactful scorecard, I wonder how to describe it?
