Member representing the good people of Orhionmwon Uhunmwode Federal Constituency at the 10th Nigerian House of Representatives, Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Osawaru has been nominated for the prestigious African Legendary Award (AFRILA) in recognition of his remarkable contributions to the society, political leadership, and community development. This esteemed nomination highlights his dedication and service to his constituency where thousands have been impacted positively, and the Nation in general.

Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Osawaru, a prominent Nigerian politician and philanthropist serving as the Member representing Orhionmwon and Uhunmwonde Federal Constituency, is known for his astute leadership and commitment to public service. Hon. Osawaru's efforts which have not gone unnoticed, have recorded numerous testimonials focused on bringing infrastructural development, educational improvement, and economic empowerment to his constituents.
