(Dr.) Maureen Ekhoragbon Ero on her well-deserved appointment as the Executive Chairman of the Edo State Technical and Vocational Education Board (TVET Board) by His Excellency, Distinguished Senator Monday Okpebholo.

It is a timely recognition of your dedication to excellence and your visionary approach to leadership in a sector so vital to the growth of our state and nation.

With your proven track record and passion for impact, I am confident that you will bring new life, clarity, and strategic direction to the TVET Board.

As a forward-thinking and progressive woman, your appointment represents more than just a personal milestone, it is a beacon of inspiration for countless women and young professionals across the state and beyond. Your energy, depth of experience, and commitment to inclusive development will no doubt usher in a new era of dynamic and responsive technical education in Edo State.

I have every confidence that under your guidance, the Board will roll out innovative policies and programs that will produce skilled graduates who will become change-makers in Edo State and across Nigeria. These efforts will not only enhance their employability but also position them as key contributors to Edo State’s economic renaissance, aligning perfectly with the Renewed Hope Agenda of His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the transformative Risen Edo Vision of His Excellency, Governor Monday Okpebholo.

On a personal note, I recall with gratitude your patronage, valuable counsel and encouragement over a decade ago when I ventured into concrete block manufacturing. Your advice to adopt modern, mechanized systems was instrumental to my success and remains a testament to your foresight and commitment to sustainable enterprise.

It fills me with great pride to witness yet another trailblazing woman entrusted with high-level responsibility in this new administration. I must also commend His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo, for his inclusive leadership and for championing the involvement of capable women in governance.
