Chief Dr. Billy Adesuwa Famous Osawaru, member representing Orhionmwon Uhunmwode federal constituency at the House of Representatives led a high-level delegation from Ugu Youths for Developmental Change (UYDC) to the office of the Honourable Minister of Regional Development, Hon. Abubakar Momoh.
