The Honourable Commissioner for Water Resources and Energy, Hon. (Barr.) Washington Osa-Osifo, Ph.D, has extended his warmest congratulations to Prof. Idia Ize-Iyamu on her appointment as Chief Medical Director, University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH). 

In his congratulatory message, Hon. Osifo praised Prof. Ize-Iyamu's exceptional qualities, noting that her appointment is a testament to her lifelong dedication to service, brilliance, intelligence, resourcefulness, and unwavering faith in God.

Hon. Osifo commended President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu for the appointment, highlighting it as a demonstration of his confidence in the capabilities of Nigerian women.
