For too long PENGASSAN and NUPENG have been acting as hostage takers .. holding The Nigeria govt and Nigeria people to Ransom.....
These hostage takers killed Nigeria four govt refineries, and want to extend same faith to every private Refinery in Nigeria to perpetuate and return the fraudulent subsidy regime they abused for over 30yrs..
Private companies in Nigeria have the legal right to hire and dismiss workers,
These workers were dismissed for misconduct, the only duty Dangote owe the sacked workers is to pay their benefits....
Unlike govt workers , private companies owed the axe in hiring and firing workers across Nigeria, and that is why their business are striving across....
If private companies workers enjoy the same VIP legal protection public workers enjoy.... No private company would remain in business today....
I have heard some argument that these lawless PENGASSAN works for IOCs like Chevron in the oil and gas sector without disagreement...
PENGASSAN and NUPENG are hostage takers that have held these organisations hostage.... They are suffocating... And that is why these companies are passing the outrageous demands of these hostage takers to the Nigeria govt and it's people...
For example these IOCs collect less than $20 to drill a barrel of crude oil in other parts of the world..
But they collect as high as $40 per crude oil drilled offshore in Nigeria because of these hostage takers called PENGASSAN and NUPENG with other miscreant who call themselves community youths and militants...
If private sector law of hiring and firing is applied to the public sector... They would be more vibrant and productive as the private sector...
In public service they have a law... " You don't put govt business in your head... Manage it in ur shoulder, if u are tired thrash it..." It's a mindset..
That is one of the reason every company or organization set up by govt fails...
If govt is building a company, it would definitely fail sooner or latter because when workers are VIP... Who would do the dirty jobs...
That is why they can attack minister for question their coming late to work...
Years back in Benin City... When govt water Board was operational and there was no borehole... These hostage takers who call themselves unions.. shutdown water supply to the whole state
And they watch the people suffering... Trekking as much as 15km or more looking for water to drink, they don't send the death and suffering of the people.... Borehole water ended these economic terrorists...
Nigeria Doctors,... Discharge patients in intensive units and life support... Pushing them to go home to die ... Because they need more money...
The public sector doctors are well paid than their private sector colleagues... But you would never see private sector Doctors go on strike ..
Public sector lecturers are well paid than their colleagues in the private universities.... But you would never see private universities lecturers go on strike .
Nigeria public service workers are the reason they say ,... Absolute power ... Corrupt... They are the law... They are above the law .. they can loot, disobey, fight their employers... Beat their employers... Steal from their employers.... Nothing will happen.... If the employer try to complain they take the whole country hostage...
And pass the suffering the Israelites suffered during the Holocaust to Nigerians...
Nigeria need a leader who would look these lawless unionists in the face and say they have reached their final bus stop of lawlessness,
The govt should simply drag PENGASSAN and NUPENG to the labor court, declared their strike illegal... If they act in contempt of the court.... Arrest them and proscribed the economic terrorists Unions...
The labor minister under Tinubu must be visible,
