WHEN GOD REMEMBERS, DELAY TURNS TO NEW BEGINNINGS
Prophetic Declaration for the Month of Divine
Remembrance 🌿
Beloved, this month is our Month of Divine Remembrance. Before remembrance, there is often a season of challenge, delay, or seeming silence. The story of Noah reminds us of this truth:
“And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights” (Genesis 7:12). The flood destroyed and covered the earth, and though the rain ceased, the waters prevailed for 150 days (Genesis 7:24). It was not until the seventeenth day of the seventh month that the ark rested on Mount Ararat (Genesis 8:4). Yet the waters did not fully dry until the twenty-seventh day of the second month of the following year (Genesis 8:14). That means the effect of the storm lasted over a year. But in the midst of it all, the scripture declared: “And God remembered Noah…” (Genesis 8:1).
This teaches us that circumstances may seem prolonged, storms may appear overwhelming, and time may look wasted — but when God remembers you, every delay gives way to a new beginning.
Situations will always attract the attention of divinity when you are a child of God. He has promised never to forsake nor abandon His own (Hebrews 13:5). Your prayers, your labour of love, your commitment, and your sacrifices are not forgotten. Just as David remembered Jonathan and restored honour to his son Mephibosheth (2 Samuel 9:7), this month, the Lord will cause someone to remember you for good.
🙏 Prayers for You This Month:
- May the God who remembered Noah remember you and cause every flood in your life to dry up.
- May the God who remembered Hannah (1 Samuel 1:19) answer your prayers with joy and laughter.
- May the God who remembered His covenant with Abraham (Exodus 2:24) show you mercy and open doors of favour.
- May your sacrifices and seeds of faith speak loudly before God, and may He cause your name to be mentioned in places of honour.
This month, you will not be overlooked. You will not be abandoned. You will be remembered for good, in Jesus’ mighty name. ✨
