Breaking News: Governor Okpebholo Makes Two Key Appointments

The Governor of Edo State, Senator Monday Okpebholo, has approved two major appointments aimed at strengthening key institutions in the state.

🔹 Dr. Nosakhare Liberty Arodoye — appointed as Acting Rector, Edo State Polytechnic, Usen.
Until his appointment, Dr. Arodoye was a Lecturer at the University of Benin, with several research publications to his credit.

🔹 Mr. Akhigbe Osi John Sunday — appointed as Chairman, Edo State Bursary and Scholarship Board.
Mr. Akhigbe is an experienced politician and businessman, and a former Chairman of Etsako Central LGA (2018–2021) and Executive Director (Protocol) to the Governor (2012–2016).

Both appointments take immediate effect.
