On behalf of the good people of Orhionmwon and Uhunmwode Federal Constituency, I heartily congratulate Hon. (Barr.) Omosede Gabriella Igbinedion on her swearing-in as a Member of the House of Representatives, representing Ovia Federal Constituency, which took place on Wednesday, October 8, 2025, at the National Assembly, Abuja. This significant moment marks a new chapter of hope and representation for the people of Ovia and, indeed, Edo State at large.

It was an honour to witness this historic event alongside notable dignitaries, lawmakers, and eminent Edo sons and daughters. Their presence reflected a shared commitment to unity, progress, and the collective advancement of Edo people within the national space.

Hon. Igbinedion’s return to the Green Chamber is not only a testament to her unwavering dedication to public service but also an opportunity to deepen the voice of women and youths in legislative affairs. Her wealth of experience, coupled with a heart of service, stands as an assurance that Ovia Federal Constituency will continue to enjoy purposeful and people-driven representation. The journey ahead requires collaboration, compassion, and courage — virtues she has consistently demonstrated.
