🏌️‍♀️ CMD UBTH Golf Kitty Tournament Tees Off in Grand Style

The much-anticipated CMD, UBTH Golf Kitty Tournament officially teed off today in an atmosphere of excitement and camaraderie.

The event commenced with the arrival and registration of golfers, marking the beginning of what promises to be a thrilling tournament filled with skill, fun, and healthy competition.

A major highlight of the day was the arrival of the CMD of the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH), Prof. (Mrs.) Idia Nibokun Ize-Iyamu, accompanied by her husband, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu. Their presence added glamour and warmth to the event as they were warmly received by participants and guests.

To the admiration of all, Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu made a special appearance on the course and took a decent Tee Shot, drawing applause and cheers from the crowd.

Also participating in the tournament was Ms. Tinyan Otuomagie, the MD/CEO of New Edo Line, demonstrating the event’s inclusivity and the growing interest of top executives in sporting and wellness activities within the UBTH community.

Another major highlight was the commissioning of the Eterno Cottage, an architectural masterpiece built on the UBTH Golf Course by Hon. Matthew Iduoriyekemwen. The commissioning was officially performed by the CMD, Prof. (Mrs.) Idia Nibokun Ize-Iyamu, with notable dignitaries such as Pastor Osagie Ize-Iyamu and Hon. Matthew Iduoriyekemwen in attendance.

The tournament was officially

declared open with the ceremonial Tee Shot by the CMD herself, symbolizing the spirit of unity, wellness, and excellence that UBTH continues to champion.
