On behalf of management and staff of Lightray Construction Company Ltd., I join Edo people to congratulate Your Excellency, Sen. Monday Okpebholo and Deputy, Rt. Hon. Dennis Idahosa, on the occasion of one year in office. 

This 365 days, has served as a springboard for Edo to be launched into an era of transformation, in demonstration of goodwill to fulfil your campaign promises, which has seen to the upgrading of infrastructures across the state, from the remodelling of public schools among other laudable structural projects being embarked upon for the Edo people, Your Excellency, has continued to deliver excellence and practical governance to the good people of Edo State. 

While reflecting on this milestone achieved by your administration, one trait which has consistently stood out, has been the quest by Your Excellency to introduce laudable blue prints into every sector of the State, which has been responsible for driving commendable transformation, in accordance with the SHINE agenda unveiled before the Edo people. 

Your leadership exemplifies a leader that listens, a man with the fear of God, compassionate, humane and a man who feels the pulse of the people he governs, all these attributes and many more, has made your first year in office and administration one the Edo people, love to recon with because of its people oriented nature. 

Under your leadership, governance in Edo State, has been redefined from governance of 3D illusions where governance was disconnected and out of reach from the people to become a state where governance now greets the people at their doorsteps through your revolutionary drive in Infrastructure, Agriculture, HealthCare, Education, SME's e.t.c. 

 Lightray Construction Company Ltd, shares in your vision for all round transformation of the state and your laudable contribution and investment in the infrastructure of Edo State, as we look forward to present and future synergy with your adminstration to deliver massively in line with your transformational agenda for Edo State.
