....There is none of our problems in Constituency II of ESAN NORTH EAST LGA, that is a DEADLOCK, or FUTILE or INSURMOUNTABLE. There is NO PLACE in Constituency II that has no problem to be solved. The problems may be different from ONE WARD ( Ward 11, Ward 10, Ward 9, Ward 8, Ward 7 , Ward 6) to THE OTHER and of different degrees. DR. MIKE EIGBEMEKHE, KNOWS where the SOLUTIONS ARE. Roads, Renovations or constructions of Schools and Health care institutions, Electricity and transformer installations, Portable drinking water, Employment of teachers into our schools, etc. THE SOLUTIONS ARE NOT FAR FETCHED. They are all in the HANDS OF = OUR GOVERNOR, His Excelleny, SENATOR MONDAY OKPEBHOLO. He has the capacity and the will power to solve them all and he is already at work....

 All it requires is that WE MUST SEEK YE FIRST APC and vote its candidates. Our House of Assembly member MUST be Dependable , Humble and Loyal to our Executive Governor . He MUST Support the governor's developmental programs, defend his BILLS, BUDGETS, REQUESTS, and POLICIES, then and only then ...... EVERY OTHER THINGS WILL BE ADDED UNTO US.

Dr. Mike Eigbemekhe has equally found the INCOMING LGA COUNCIL EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN, Amb. Saturday Iyoha, as a willing partner in progress in the collective development of Constituency II. 

Dr. Mike Eigbemekhe's long seated acrimony against underdevelopment is the intoxication driving him to want to represent and confront the problems of CONSTITUENCY II.

We shall all sit and REASON TOGETHER Ward by Ward at the right time , to discuss our problems and solutions, monthly or quarterly as the case may be.

I promise you an unprecedented performance, all inclusivity, accessibility, unity of purpose and sincerity of purpose.
