HON. CHIEF DR. BILLY OSAWARU DISTRIBUTES MINI BUSES, KEKE NAPEP, MOTORCYCLES, AND LIVELIHOOD EQUIPMENT TO CONSTITUENTS IN MEGA EMPOWERMENT PROGRAM

 

Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Osawaru, the Honourable Member representing Orhionmwon/Uhunmwode Federal Constituency, has once again demonstrated his unwavering commitment to the welfare and economic advancement of his constituents through the distribution of mini buses, Keke Napep, motorcycles, livelihood equipment, and wheelchairs under his Mega Empowerment Program.
