The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Edo South must be guided by one truth: fairness, loyalty, and recognition of those who built the house.

A landlord cannot be driven out of his own home. It is unjust, provocative, and unacceptable for aspirants from the Labour Party and the PDP to infiltrate our process and lay claim to the APC’s Edo South Senatorial ticket. The internal affairs of this party must be decided by those who built it, funded it, and bled for it — not by political tourists seeking shelter when the weather changes.

Pastor Dr. Osagie Ize-Iyamu has paid his dues in full. As a former governorship candidate, he carried the APC through its toughest battles, made painful sacrifices, and subordinated personal ambition for the collective victory that produced Governor Monday Okpebholo. That is not history — that is record.

Today, across all seven local governments in Edo South, the evidence is undeniable. The crowds that receive him, the structures that stand with him, and the voices that chant his name are products of years of grassroots mobilization, party-building, and consistent loyalty. His leadership is tested. His commitment is unmatched.

The difference is clear. The landlord is home. The builders are here. The tenants cannot dictate terms.
