THE 10 DELIVERY TARGETS


1. Economic Stability

*Target:* Reduce inflation to 10% or less and keep Naira volatility under 5% annually by 2031.  

*Why it matters:* Stable prices for food, fuel, transport, and rent. A predictable business environment for families and SMEs.


*2. 3 Million Youth Jobs in the Digital Economy*  

*Target:* Create 3,000,000 verified jobs for youths in tech, fintech, creative, and BPO sectors by 2031.  

*Why it matters:* Turn Nigeria’s youthful energy into wealth. Jobs tracked via NIMC + BVN with quarterly reports.


*3. Credit for Every Nigerian*  

*Target:* Register 10,000,000 SMEs and disburse 20,000,000 consumer/small business loans by 2031.  

*Why it matters:* Move from cash-only to credit economy. Students, traders, and artisans can access loans to grow.


*4. Infrastructure That Connects*  

*Target:* Complete 15,000 km of federal roads and 4,000 km of standard gauge rail by 2031.  

*Why it matters:* Cut travel time, reduce cost of goods, link farms to markets and ports to people. Every project GPS-tagged and published.


*5. 20+ Hours of Power Daily*  

*Target:* Deliver 20+ hours of electricity daily to 60% of urban households and businesses by 2031.  

*Why it matters:* Power small businesses, hospitals, schools. Tracked via metering data and mini-grid rollout.


*6. Industrial Powerhouse*  

*Target:* Grow non-oil exports to $50 billion and raise manufacturing to 25% of GDP by 2031.  

*Why it matters:* Build “Made in Nigeria” wealth. Scale Nigeria Industrial Policy 2025 financing 10x from current $380m.


*7. Energy Security*  

*Target:* End petrol imports 100% and add 10GW of renewable energy by 2031.  

*Why it matters:* Protect Nigerians from global fuel shocks. Solar, hydro, and storage for homes and factories.


*8. Safer Communities*  

*Target:* Operationalize State Police in 30 states and cut violent crime by 50% by 2031.  

*Why it matters:* Security that responds locally. State Police Bill + guaranteed funding = faster response, stronger deterrence.


*9. Health & Education for All*  

*Target:* Achieve 100% enrollment for ages 6-14 and build/renovate 1,000 hospitals/PHCs by 2031.  

*Why it matters:* Every child in school. Every family near quality care. Teachers trained, drugs available, roofs not leaking.


*10. Open, Accountable Government*  

*Target:* Publish 100% of federal budget and project data on open portal + hold 4 citizen town halls yearly by 2031.  

*Why it matters:* You can track every naira. You can question every project. Governance = responsibility, not rhetoric.
