HON. BILLY ADESUWA OSAWARU VISITS UBTH, ENGAGES HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT ON ONGOING TRANSFORMATION, CRITICAL NEEDS AND STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS TO ADVANCE HEALTHCARE DELIVERY IN EDO STATE AND BEYOND

 ORHIONMWON/UHUNMWONDE LAWMAKER, HON. BILLY ADESUWA OSAWARU, VISITS UBTH

The lawmaker representing Orhionmwonde/Uhunmwonde Federal Constituency, Hon. Billy Adesuwa Osawaru, visited the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH), Benin City today where he was received by the Chief Medical Director, Prof. Idia Nibokun Ize-Iyamu, the Chairman Medical Advisory Committee (CMAC)- Dr. Emmanuel Osaigbovo and other members of the Hospital Management.

During the visit, the lawmaker was taken around key facilities across the Hospital and briefed on UBTH’s ongoing transformation, recent achievements and critical areas requiring further intervention.

The visit also provided an opportunity for Management to engage with the lawmaker on opportunities to strengthen healthcare delivery and advance the development of UBTH for the benefit of the people of Edo State and beyond.
