OUR CORE MANDATES: SERIES 1: TREE PLANTING & URBAN GREENING INITIATIVE

To make Edo State cleaner, greener, and more livable, we are launching a strategic tree planting and urban greening campaign. This initiative is central to our mission of enhancing the environment, improving public spaces, as a contribution to the overall beautification agenda of H.E., Sen. Monday Okpebholo, the Executive Governor of Edo state.

We will plant trees along major roads, medians, and public areas to provide shade, reduce heat, and beautify the urban landscape. Public institutions, schools, and government facilities will also benefit as we introduce greenery into their surroundings while promoting environmental awareness.

In addition, we are identifying neglected and unused spaces within cities and towns for transformation into lush, green zones through structured landscaping and tree planting.

Crucially, our focus goes beyond planting. We are committed to the care and maintenance of every tree, including watering, pruning, and disease control- ensuring long-term growth and sustainability.

This is our pledge to restore nature, improve lives, and build a greener and more beautiful future for all in Edo State.
