The All Progressives Congress (APC), Italy Chapter, a duly registered diaspora chapter of our great party, heartily congratulates the Executive Governor of Edo State, His Excellency, Senator Monday Okpebholo, and his Deputy, RT.HON Dennis Idahosa, on their well-deserved victory at the Supreme Court of Nigeria.

This victory is not only a personal triumph for Governor Okpebholo and his Deputy, but a resounding affirmation of the democratic choice made by the good people of Edo State. We commend the judiciary for upholding justice and reinforcing the rule of law—this judgment stands as a landmark for democratic consolidation and judicial independence in Nigeria.

The Chairman of the APC Italy Chapter, Mallam Iredia Osakue, described the judgment as a victory for democracy
