APC WELCOMES DECAMPEES FROM OTHER PARTIES IN OVIA SOUTH WEST.

Ovia South West, Edo State - The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ovia South West Local Government Area has received defectors from other political parties, who have joined the party. The decampees were received by Rt Hon Dennis Idahosa, Edo State Deputy Governor, and Hon. Sunday Aghedo, member representing Ovia South West constituency in the Edo State House of Assembly.

The event was a moment of joy as the Deputy Governor and Hon. Aghedo welcomed the new members to the party. Rt Hon Idahosa thanked the decampees for joining the APC and declared that Ovia South West will record the highest number of votes in the presidential election since 1999. He described the decamping as a "political revolution" and expressed his elation to welcome them to the fold.

On behalf of Governor Monday Okpebholo, Rt Hon Idahosa welcomed the decampees, stating that he was happy they had decided to join their "son, the deputy governor" in the APC. He assured them of a warm welcome and expressed confidence that their decision would be beneficial to them and the party.

Hon. Sunday Aghedo, in his remarks, described the APC as a party of opportunities and progress. He stated that the party does not discriminate against anyone and welcomes all individuals who share its vision and values. "We are a progressive party, and we don't discriminate here," he said.

The party leadership thanked the Deputy Governor and Hon. Sunday Aghedo for their efforts in mobilizing support for the APC in Ovia South West. They praised their commitment to the party and its ideals, and assured them of their continued support.
