CONGRATULATIONS TO DR. BILLY OSAWARU ON HIS VICTORY AT THE APC PRIMARY ELECTION

I heartily congratulate Billy Osawaru on his emergence as the APC candidate for Orhionmwon/Uhunwonde Federal Constituency following his victory at the party’s primary election.

This victory is a clear reflection of the confidence and trust reposed in him by party delegates, leaders, and stakeholders across the constituency. It also demonstrates that the people appreciate continuity, accessibility, and the efforts made in representing the constituency over the years.

As he prepares for another electoral contest and, by the grace of God, a second term in office, it is important to note that the expectations of the people are even greater. The people of Orhionmwon and Uhunwonde yearn for more impactful representation, stronger grassroots engagement, improved infrastructure, youth empowerment, educational opportunities, economic development, and sustained attention to the welfare of the ordinary people.

The next phase of representation must go beyond political victory; it must translate into measurable development and visible dividends of democracy across every ward and community within the constituency. Our people desire leadership that listens, leadership that unites, and leadership that delivers tangible progress.

I also call on all party faithfuls, supporters, and stakeholders to put the primary process behind them and unite in the collective interest of the APC and the development of Orhionmwon/Uhunwonde Federal Constituency.
