Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Adesuwa Osawaru provides portable water to several Communities in his federal constituency.

 Campaign Promise Fulfilled. 

In fulfillment of one of his electioneering campaign promises to the good people of Orhionmwon/Uhunmwode federal constituency, the member representing the constituency, Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Adesuwa Osawaru has facilitated the drilling of boreholes across selected communities in the twin local government of Orhionmwon and Uhunmwode. 

This gesture is designed to meet the potable water needs of inhabitants of the rural and semi-urban communities of the Constituency, putting to an end the harrowing experience of the people who laboriously trek long distances to get water for their daily domestic needs. 

Ikhueniro Community, Umagbae North, Uhunmwode Local Government, Edo State, faced with huge infrastructural and social amenities deficit, is the latest beneficiary of these boreholes provisions. Others are in various stages of implementation and completion. 

Hon. Chief Dr. Billy Adesuwa Osawaru is committed to bettering the lives of the people he represents. Recently, he carried out an empowerment program where he gave agro-based materials, farm inputs, equipment, and machines to artisans to boost their enterprises. Presently, he is constructing roads and building a block of classrooms in Uhunmwode and Orhionmwon. He has also been very active since December 2023 in the regular distribution of food palliatives to his constituents to cushion the temporary negative effect of subsidy removal. 

The federal lawmaker will commission all the ongoing and completed projects in no distant time. Billy Osawaru is indeed a promise keeper.
